Resolved! Is there a pdf for Databricks Accredited Platform Administrator Accreditation?

I finished the course and passed the exam, yet can't find a place to download a pdf file similar to the Lakehouse Fundamentals certificate. Is there one? I only attached a finished accredition screenshot for the survey I mentioned in previous post.
