Hi,
I'm experiencing issues regarding the Badge Accreditation after the completion of both the course and the quiz contained in the learning plan.
Moreover, I have attended the learning plan with my Partner Account, and I have already submitted a Ticket #00551488 but I have not received any answer from your side.
Could you please help me?

How long has it been since you passed the exam? You are referring to our official certification through Kryterion, right? Let me know. Louis.

I'm referring to the GenAI fundamentals accreditation and in this specific case I have completed It almost a week ago.
I'm also experiencing the same issue with other accreditation and it's quite unpleasant since the company I work for pushes the partnership.
