Certification got suspended -Need help

Hi data bricks certification team

 

My exam got paused 3 times due to video streaming error during the time allotted and was asked to check with technical support . The technical support team verified everything each time and the whole process of this caused me delayed by 2 hours.

After that it was rescheduled....

Can you please help me to know what is causing this issue as this quite frustrating on exam day and what can be done to avoid this situation?
