Databricks Data Engineer Professional exam got suspended

Hi team,

I was giving my exam today and 40 minutes into the exam I was interrupted by the proctor to show the test area. The table had a guitar e string and an almost eaten apple. Nothing else was on the table. Then the proctor asked me to show the room around multiple times and wasted my time and still  suspended my test. There were clothes edibles and electronics on my bed but at an unreachable distance from my test area. My test area was completely clear and I was not involved in any unethical behaviour. This is just pathetic from the proctor to suspend my exam without any explanation wasting my time, disregarding my hard work despite doing and explaining everything that I was asked. I want my exam to be rescheduled and fairness to be conducted.

@Retired_modplease help resolve this. I have put in a lot of hard work for this and need this certificate ASAP. All my revision will go in vain.

Hi team,

@Cert-Bricks @Cert-Team @Retired_mod @Sujitha, It has been more than a day and I haven't heard from anyone. It's a humble request to resolve this issue urgently. I need to complete the certification on priority. I have tried raising the ticket but have not got any acknowledgement mail.

Hi @Sujitha @Cert-Bricks @Cert-Team @Retired_mod,

It has been 2 days since the incident occurred and not a single substantial communication has been established. It is really disheartening to see no one taking an active lead to resolve this issue, especially after the way proctoring was done. I couldn't find a single reason to rationalize the way my exam was suspended by the proctor as I approached the exam with complete honesty and integrity. My exam has the word Professional but there was nothing Professional from the Proctor's end. Moreover, the team responsible to resolve the issue is not helping the cause by not establishing any point of contact. The entire experience has been really demoralising and patience testing, given the months of hard work and my earnings are on stake. Anyone reading from the team please value my efforts and help resolve the issue as soon as possible and provide me with ET of issue resolution and active communication, so that I can focus better on other aspects of my life.

Hey @Akash2 It's understandable that you're feeling disheartened, I want to point out that the delay in response might be due to the incident occurring over the weekend. Patience is indeed tested in such situations, but your perseverance and commitment to your goals are commendable!! Appreciate it. 
Be rest assured, the team responsible for your exam will acknowledge your concerns and work towards a swift and satisfactory resolution!

Hi @Sujitha Thanks for you words, much appreciated. I got the ticket assigned and was asked the time and day about rescheduling the exam. I reverted back by asking if the exam would commence where I left off so that I can accordingly select a time window. It has been more than 2 hours, I have not received any response yet as I wanted to give the exam today itself. My request id- 00386621. If you can help accelerate the process, I will be really grateful.

@Akash2 We have no control over this at the moment! If you haven't received a response in over 2 hours, keep in mind that support teams can be busy! Be persistent but also patient and consider sending a follow-up message.

@Akash2 When an exam is suspended, all progress is saved. You will pick up where you left off. Due to cases that come in over the weekend, the support team gets backed up a bit, but they are working to get you back on track.
