Databricks exam got suspended. Need urgent help

Hello Team, 

I faced multiple interruptions and challenges while attempting my certification, The exam got paused 4 times where twice I had to show my desk and my entire room. Eventually my exam got suspended. I was not involved in any unfair means and I was about to review and submit my exam.

I have worked really hard and planned by taking leaves from the office in the specific schedule therefore I request immediate assistance as today is my last day of PTO. Please help me urgently.

Please resolve this on high priority, this is not fair with the time, money and efforts I have put in for this exam.

My exam got suspended today and I was not even told once what was wrong. They just asked to reach out to the certification provider. I was reading the question and suddenly the exam got suspended. This exam is very important to me and would request you to please help me with my request and continue with my exam or retake it. Request you to please help with this urgently.

Hi @Cert-TeamOPS , Same thing happened with me. I was asked to show entire room and then proctor asked me and suspended the exam. The proctor was rude in answering the question. Please assist with the case and i have already raised a support ticket. I have prepared hard for the exam and it will be waste if did not complete it. Please help in rescheduling the exam.

My Databricks Data Engineer Professional exam was scheduled for 14 February'25 at 16:00 hrs. I was sitting so close to the screen and the camera then suddenly, an alert appeared showing the room and table. I showed it to the proctor. After some time, my exam was suspended. I don't understand what the problem was. I raised a ticket almost 36 hours ago and haven't received a reply yet. Can you please look into my request, I'll be grateful.

My databricks data engineer associate exam got suspended in the mid way. I was asked to show the entire room which I did. I was not involved in any unfair means but still the exam got suspended. I faced network failure while attempting my certification, The exam was rescheduled after 30 minutes later. I had completed my exam and post completion support team asked me to show my desk and my entire room. Eventually my exam got suspended. I was not involved in any unfair means and i had received a warning message as eye moment but i was looking at my questions.

It's my hard earned money that I put in and months of preparation for this, but got highly disappointed with the proceedings. Requesting to take prompt action and reschedule the exam to 05/17/2025 in any of the test centers in Kolkata,India. As I do not want to get into online proctoring hassle anymore.
