Taking exams is so stressful already, and if your exam gets suspended it is extra stressful. Don't worry! Our support team is awesome and will help you get back on track.
The most important step is to file a ticket in our Help Center. Be sure to include the following details in your ticket:
- Username
- Exam name
NOTE: Please do not post your exam username publicly, such as here in the community forums, as this is private information.
The process will be faster if you can also offer a couple of dates/times that you are available to resume your exam. Once the support team has you rescheduled, you can log into your test taker account and resume your exam exactly where you left off. For more information please visit Certification FAQ

Dear Team,
I launched my DB Data Engineer Associate exam. Lockdown browser was showing please wait loading for 20 minutes. Due to Power issue my laptop restarted and then I was not able to launch exam using launch button in webassessor. Its showing contact your program manager to reschedule.
I've raised the ticket through help center with request #00578990.
Can someone help me to re-schedule my exam on 14th Dec 2024 at 10 AM IST.
Your help is really appreciated.

I have created a ticket already on Tuesday about a suspended exam in which the training support team agreed to reschedule the exam to just provide a date and time. I did this yesterday morning, I scheduled my exam for December 19 at 11Am but i have received no response. When can I resume my exam the time I wanted to take it is going to pass in 30 mins. I can take the exam today any time just as long as it is today.

Hi @Cert-Team , @Cert-TeamOPS I have faced the issue of exam suspension of Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam because of Technical issue.
After completing 12 questions, the exam got paused for 40 minutes with no response from proctors. I then received an email to connect with a live agent due to platform difficulties. After talking to agent, They rescheduled to 5.30pm then exam got resumed but paused again after one question. A support agent advised me to wait, and shortly, after that exam was suspended due to Technical difficulties.

I just clicked on the launch and it got suspended. It is a frustrating experience after preparing for so long. Do not even tell a reason why. I have an empty room. Nobody even came to tell what happened. Kryterion support was rude and not helpful. I have done many online exams with peasonvue and it always went smooth. I wish at least I'm told what happened or what I can do. There is absolutely no information or online support. I have spent so much time and resources and spending the whole day adjusting everything and schedules. I hope databricks sets this right soon

Hello,
My exam also got suspended for Databricks Data Engineer Associate Certification. Could you please look into it and help me to reschedule the exam.
I have raised #00597382 this ticket and waiting for the reply.
Also there is some misunderstanding happening with supervisor. I am not sure he suddenly dropped message of suspension.
Please help me to reschedule the exam.

I was paused in between exam even while just focusing and reading the question closure to screen, then while just submitting the exam again they paused and asked to show the room. I sat on my work desk only where the WI-FI was in good state. They suspended my exam telling not meeting room requirements. Can you please help reschedule my exam ASAP.
