Taking exams is so stressful already, and if your exam gets suspended it is extra stressful. Don't worry! Our support team is awesome and will help you get back on track.
The most important step is to file a ticket in our Help Center. Be sure to include the following details in your ticket:
NOTE: Please do not post your exam username publicly, such as here in the community forums, as this is private information.
The process will be faster if you can also offer a couple of dates/times that you are available to resume your exam. Once the support team has you rescheduled, you can log into your test taker account and resume your exam exactly where you left off. For more information please visit Certification FAQ

I have mail training -support@databricks.com . The exam has been rescheduled today on 26/03/25 but while launching the exam the launch button is not working and i have tried from long time same issue happening . Now their is no launch button gone from their . So could you please rescheduled my exam as soon as possible and please make sure this thing not happens again.

The exam has been rescheduled today on 27/03/25 but due to an important client meeting, I am not available at that time slot and am unable to reschedule it myself. I need your help to reschedule it. While starting the test, I have faced issue during microphone test. I was not able to see any audio device in the option. Now the exam is not showing to launch it again. Please reschedule it so that I can give it again

@Cert-Team @Cert-TeamOPS Exam attempt suspended immediately upon launch. The links you post to view behavioral consideration and room requirements require the user to log in to Kryterion, and I've yet to see how to even create an account with them. I'd like to schedule my exam attempt immediately and I am very frustrated to see how Databricks has essentially done nothing other than ask people to raise a ticket to combat this seemingly VERY common occurrence. I've taken several other online proctored exams and have never had any issues prior to this morning. Maybe you should have folks ready to assist in real time rather than deferring to your 48 hour regular response time for support tickets. Disappointed is an understatement.

@Cert-Team @Cert-TeamOPS review ticket 00637503. I have appealed your decision to revoke my exam attempt without refund on the grounds of alleged 'malware' running on my work laptop. If there was such a program, it was completely unknown to me, and I believe it also should've been flagged by your proctoring service prior to allowing me to launch the exam. I am happy to retry the certification exam on a different laptop to avoid this issue in the future, however I'd like to know the specific software that was flagged by your system so that I may report it to my organization and prevent the same headache for my coworkers. Please follow up with exam reschedule options as soon as possible. Thank you for your consideration.

@connor83 Please work with the support team for a resolution (posting here does not expedite the process). malware is detected by Krtyerion so you would need to go to Krtyerion for that, but Kryterion recommends using a personal (not a corp) laptop for taking exams on Webassessor.
