You must have solved this issue by now but for the sake of those that encounter this again, here's the solution that worked for me:spark.sql("set spark.sql.legacy.timeParserPolicy=LEGACY")

one of the date datatype format issue in pysaprk

Without legacy, it will also work.SELECT to_timestamp('6/15/23 12:00 AM', 'M/dd/yy h:mm a')

as @wereners said you need to share the code. If it is dataframe to json probably you need to use StructType - Array to get that list but without code is hard to help.
